BUSH SCREWS UP WITH KATRINA!

What man, in the most powerful position in the world, would wait five days to asses the situation in a place that had just been ravaged by what some meteorological are calling the worst storm in recorded history? There's only one man that comes to mind and his name is.......GEORGE W. BUSH! Only would the "Shrub" be dumb enough to wait before calling on FEMA and the ARC to do anything about this disaster. But hey, it's not his fault there aren't enough National Guard troops in the United States to help with disaster relief. Oh wait, YES IT IS! Kanye West was right on the money when he said that Bush "Hates black people" had the people been rich white folks that had voted for him in the last election then he would have had help on the ground before Katrina even made landfall!
